1. What are the Shipping Fees?

For local delivery within Singapore Island, we charge a standard flat rate of S$50 shipping fees for orders below S$1000. For orders above S$1001, the shipping fees will be waived.

2. How can I track my order?

To track your order, please login to your account and check the status.

Status: Processing – We have received your order and are in the midst of processing your order.

Status: Complete – We have arranged the delivery out to you.

3. What is the Delivery lead-time?

For items with Ready stock, we aim to get your orders delivered to you within 2-4 working days.
For items with NO stock, we are sorry but we will have to check on the delivery lead-time and update you again.

Alternatively, please call out to our Customer Service team at +65 6222 5880 or email us at info (at) arvisual.com.sg to enquire on the lead-time before placing the online order.

4. My order is not here yet, what should I do?

You can login to your account and track the status of your order.
If the Status shows Complete, that would meant we have arranged the delivery out to you.

However, if you still did not receive the order, please call our Customer Service team at +65 6222 5880 or email us at info (at) arvisual.com.sg and we will assist on finding out where is your order. Please have the order number and/or invoice number ready when you call so our Customer Service team will be able to assist efficiently.

5. Non-delivery areas

We are sorry that as much as we would like to deliver your orders to you, we are unable to arrange deliveries to All Offshore islands in Singapore. (Some examples of offshore islands are Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Kusu Island, St. John’s island etc)

6. Can I change my delivery address? 

Please login to your account and check the status of your order. If the status still shows as “processing”, that means we have not arrange the delivery to you and you can still change your delivery address. 

Please call our Customer Service team at +65 6222 5880 or email us at info (at) arvisual.com.sg with the order number, so our Customer Service team will be able to assist on the change of delivery address.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can arrange to ship internationally, provided the delivery destinations are serviced by couriers companies. However, the shipping rates for international shipments will vary accordingly to destinations. So if you require international shipping, please contact us at +65 6222 5880 or email us at info (at) arvisual.com.sg. We will check for the shipping rates and send you a separate quotation for it. 

Alternatively, if you have your own preferred shipping methods, you can notify us and we will arrange the order accordingly to your shipping method. For international orders, our payment methods are strictly on Bank Wire Transfer (Telegraphic Transfers) in Singapore Dollars (SGD) Currency.

8. Can I arrange to self-collect my order from your office?

Yes, of course you can!

You can collect your orders from our office from 9am to 5pm; Mondays to Fridays (Do note our office is closed on Weekends and on Singapore Public Holidays). 

Please inform us 1 working day in advance prior to your self-collection, so we can get the order ready for you.

9. I have received a notification that my item is delivered when I did not receive the item? 

You can login to your account and track the status of your order. If the Status shows Complete, that would meant we have arranged the delivery out to you. But if you received the notification stating that delivery is complete but you have not receive the item,  then please call our Customer Service team at +65 6222 5880 or email us at info (at) arvisual.com.sg immediately and we will assist on finding out where is your order. Please have the order number and/or invoice number ready when you call so our Customer Service team will be able to assist efficiently. 

In the mean-time, we suggest you to check with your family members and/or any other persons who might have received the parcel on your behalf and do login to your account to check that the delivery address provided is correct.
