1. What is the Return Policy?   

Please read our Return Policy prior to you making a purchase from our website, so you are familiar with our policy on refunds, returns and repairs and your legal rights and remedies. We also recommend you to immediately inspect any products that was delivered to you, or self-collected from our store, so to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the goods, including that the goods are of acceptable quality, and match the description and/or requirements by you. 

Return of products are only accepted based on the following reason(s):

  • - Wrong product delivered
  • - Defective product

For any discrepancies, customers shall undertake to notify us within 7 days from date of purchase. Product(s) shall be checked at time of collection/delivery. Thereafter, AR Visual accepts no responsibilities for any discrepancies.

For any products’ failure within 7 days from date of purchase : 

One to one exchange policy is strictly within a 7 days period from the date of purchase. AR Visual will at its discretion, replace any products sold which have been determined by AR Visual's Authorised Service Centre to be faulty due to manufacturing defect(s). Exchange policy lead-time may differs subjecting to the current stock level of the product. 

AR Visual will not be liable for, or permit any refund, exchange or discount and is not responsible for any products damaged as a result of misuse, abuse or any other act by you or normal wear and tear.

AR Visual will also not be liable for, or permit any refund, exchange or discount for defects, damages, deterioration or malfunctions arising from accident, abuse, neglect, mishandling, accident flood, Acts of God, Acts of Government, war, strikes, lockout, fire, explosion, Public Disturbances, electrical power fluctuations or failure, batteries leakage or exhausted batteries or any other cause beyond the control of AR Visual. 

All products sold in blister packaging cannot and will not be exchanged and/or replaced once they are opened.

However, if you do want to return and request for a refund on the defective product, you may return your item to us within 7 calendar days. The 7 days will start from the date you received the item to the time you submit the Return Merchandise Form (RMA) form. Once our Customer Service officer had verified and accepted your RMA Form, you will receive an email confirmation on the RMA acceptance.   

Requirements for a valid return: 

  • - You have a proof of purchase (order number, order invoice)
  • - The product is not installed and remains at its original brand packaging with all accessories included.
  • - The product warranty seal, serial / model number, or any identification label is not intact or is defaced, altered, modified, obscured or removed on/ from the product.
  • - Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance approved.

2. How can I cancel the order?   

You can only cancel the order when we have run out of stock on the item you purchased. 

If you have any other reasons for canceling the order and before we have shipped out to you, please call our Customer Service team at +65 6222 5880 or email us at info@arvisual.com.sg  with the order number.

3. Will I be refunded if I were to cancel the order?   

Yes. If the order IS NOT shipped/delivered, we will refund in full amount. 

If the order IS shipped/delivered, we will have to less out the delivery charge and refund the balance amount. 

The refund process will usually take about 5 to 10 working days, after we have completed our evaluation on the returned product.

4. Where to return the product?   

You can return your orders to our office from 9am to 5pm; Mondays to Fridays (Do note our office is closed on Weekends and on Singapore Public Holidays).   

Please inform us 1 working day in advance prior to your returning of the product.
